Pre-Admission Process

For admission into any of our program, the parents need to VISIT our school office personally after taking the appointment on 7878-60-8288 or 98240-244-88.

The admission process in ONEWORLD SCHOOL begins with counselling, understanding of views & philosophy of both parents of the child along with observation of the child’s overall preparedness for formal PRIMARY SCHOOLING years.

Thereafter, on mutual agreement of both, the parents & the school, DIGITAL / ONLINE ADMISSION FORM link is issued to the parents, which then needs to be submitted with correct & duly complete data along with all the required documents.

In-Complete / In-Accurate admission forms are subject to refusal & the admission process stands cancelled. The admission process then completes on the receipt of the prescribed initial fee and making the digital entry of the admission form into our School’s ERP software for generating child’s GR number.

“Admissions Full” Status

Admissions to any program at OneWorld School remain OPEN ONLY until its full seating capacity is not achieved. Once the admissions as per the pre-defined class-capacity are done, we stop issuing the ADMISSION forms to the inquiring parents.

Admission Criteria

CLASS I > Admission Criteria:
NEW Admission to Class I is granted strictly on the basis of the following criteria:

  1. Child must have completed age 06+ years, as on 31st May, of the particular academic year of admission.
  2. First come; first serve basis only.

Class II to V > Admission Criteria:

  1. First come; first serve basis only.
  2. Academic proficiency & general well-being of the child.

Mandatory documents
  1. Original Bonafide-Certificate of the Last School attended.
  2. Copy of Annual Assessment Report of Nursery, Jr. KG & Sr. KG. (Entire Pre-Primary) by the previous schools.
  3. Original Leaving Certificate (TC) & Original Report Card of Class I, II & III, IV (whichever last applicable)
  4. 06 passport-sized photographs of the child.
  5. 03+03 passport-sized photographs of both parents.
  6. Self – Attested Copy of Child’s BIRTH Certificate.
  7. Original Health Fitness Certificate of the child by a Certified Doctor.
  8. Photo-Copy of Aadhar Card of CHILD, Mother & the Father.
  9. Caste Certificate, if the child belongs to SC / ST / OBC / Minority.
  10. Guardian Permission Letter, signed by both / any parent, in case the child is not staying with the parents.
